Thriving with a healthy body, peaceful mind, and joyful heart
Based on the principles of lifestyle medicine, the PAVING program focuses on the
whole person – body, mind, and spirit with the goal to empower individuals to live
healthier lives with a sense of purpose.
Participants meet weekly in a small group online format to learn about the 12
PAVING Wheel steps and how to implement them into their lives. The program
typically includes 12, 60-minute sessions. A workbook with weekly readings and
reflections is included.
The program meets people where they are currently in their wellness journey and
takes them further step by step. The group is led by a Certified Lifestyle Medicine
Professional who facilities group discussion.
